Refund policy

14‑Day Return Policy

We offer a 14‑day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

In the original packaging (where applicable)

Returned with proof of purchase

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We cannot accept returns for customised or special‑order items unless faulty.

To start a return, please contact us at help@shopfittingsdisplays.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

All bespoke joinery items are non-returnable, all other goods are to be returned only with our prior consent and charge at cost to the customer with a 35% handling charge.
